Sharon Gardens

Sharon Gardens --- There are some 170 units in this 15-year old apartment style condominium development, located in Woodbridge, N.J.  Amenities include a tennis court and playground facility.  Over the years, IMPAC has managed a number of improvements -- roof renovation, fire alarm installation, and landscape upgrades.  Current projects focus on balcony repair and the installation of a fire sprinkler system.
